1、Q: Can I buy a sample for testing?
A: Yes, we can supply you with a sample. For most of the models, we have them in stock. We can supply you with the sample within 2 days after we get your payment.
2、Q:How about the s ample and sample deliver time?
A:Usually sample time is 2-7 days , free sample with freight cost collected, customized sample is charged but cost can be refunded after order confirmed. Please be rest assured of that.
3、Q:Any policy for RMA? Do you cover any returns? If the products are defective?
A:Defective items, replacement, repairs or refund is negotiable if it is issues from us.
4、Q: How's your factory. And how many workers are there in your factory?
