3/8” SS304 pipe: ≤30L/min , maximum 140meters from the machine;
3/8” PA12/PA6 pipe: ≤15L/min , maximum 100meters from the machine;
3/8” PE pipe: ≤10L/min , maximum 80meters from the machine;
1/4” SS304 pipe: ≤20L/min , maximum 120meters from the machine;
1/4” PA12/PA6 pipe: ≤3L/min, maximum 60meters from the machine;
1/4” PE pipe: ≤1L/min, maximum 20meters from the machine;
12mm~16mm big pipe and fitting: For bigger machines.
If the industry machine is more than 15L/min, it usually needs the big hydraulic pipe (12mm diameter), and it used to connect from machine to the first fitting. (The bigger size, the less loss of the pressure and can go to more length).
If you use a Tee fitting in the beginning with 3/8” Nylon pipe, the left can go to 100m; the right can go to another 100m, totally 200m.
In order to save the cost and improve the anti-drip performance, we can have mixed installation. For example, 15L/min machine, we can use 3/8" for main water line, and 1/4" for branch water line. Just use a 3/8” to 1/4” fitting to connect the different sizes of the pipe. The follows are some examples, the Red is 3/8” pipe while green is 1/4” pipe.
For double hole spraying design: You can buy the straight quick fitting with double holes
and if you want to change the direction, we can use the nozzles extensions, because they are soft and can be bent；
The 3/8" fitting also can be produced as 120°, MOQ is 2000pcs. While 1/4" fitting body is too small, it can't produce 120° and mist use nozzles extension if the spraying is not 180°.
