1/4"(6.35mm) size fitting: only have quick fitting type (screw types have many problems)
3/8"(9.52mm) size fitting: have quick fitting type, screw type and bolt type, the difference is as follows
3/8" Quick fitting: easy for installation, the nozzles directly can be easily changed if the machine is not running. But it may leakage if the SS304 pipe hurt the tooth during the installation, the pipe must be fixed and not dancing in the sky, otherwise the fitting tooth may broke. The SS304 pipe must have high level finished and have grooves.
3/8" Screw fitting: Never leakage, but the installation is difficult, the screw should be tightened by tools and installation is not easy to control the fitting spraying direction, once installed, we are not able to change the nozzles direction any more (unless increase the nozzles extensions).
3/8" Bolt type fitting: Only can use SS304 pipe, and the SS304 pipe will have bolt hole, so once you knock down the installation, the SS304 pipe will be useless. Nozzles direction also not easy to control and can't change once finish the installation
If you want to use 3/8“ SS304 pipe, then you can use from Item 57 to Item 86 fitting from our price list, they all not required Groove on the SS304 pipe. Each type of fitting have advantages and weaknesses, and the quick fitting is always most popular in whole world.
